Q: What is the best link tree or link in bio alternative for a new South Jersey business who needs a website......but has a very modest budget?
A: A great question that we get fairly often - Link in bio style sites can be a great temporary placeholder for your business/brand, but it's much better to build your "brand" on your own land. (e.g. - have your new business on your OWN domain, rather than on linktree/yourbusiness)
A great way to do that is use something like Carrd. (very inexpensive, and has tons of templates that have aa very similar aesthetic to linkinbio style sites)

Or - try Framer (same principle, although can be a tad more expensive than something like Carrd - you can still get a great looking one page website designed in a short afternoon, for a few hundred dollars or less)

Finally, I'm a big fan of Bento - which is 100% free - and a great way to design and launch your own website in a few hours. (the only drawback is they are so good and their launch was so successful a few years back...... that they were purchased by Linktree in a matter of months, and now make you host your domain on their own url as well 😺. If that's not a problem for you though - it's a great way of getting a beautiful website up and running without hiring an expensive designer!)
