There ARE limitations in the free version (as I noted in the video - for example, only 20 of your Google reviews from the first 2 pages of Google's review pages, are included on the free plan - and some of the filtering options are limited as well.....but hey, it's 100% free - and if you need the more robust options available on their paid plans, you can decide for yourself if they are worth it. (note - they also have a free trial where you can test the premium features as well - e.g. - collecting unlimited reviews from all the social networks, Yelp and the rest......and so on)
