Keep hearing such rave reviews about Mama's Meatballs and Pizzeria - and good grief, these pizza pics are making it hard to stay on my late summer, preparing for a surprise holiday cruise nothing but push ups and whey protein diet that I started around noon today.

The truth is, nothing good comes from starting a new food pyramid lifestyle on a late Summer Sunday.

So is not the sound of me quitting early for some Monday mid day Mama's Pizza, it's me respecting the science, and being a student of habit change. And as quantum physics teaches us, it's easier to wear a tee shirt all week on a Bahamian cruise than it is to quit carbs before Labor day.
