09. Don't Catastrophize (and do decide)

Tiny decisions, made in good faith, are a much better path to making progress, over the pursuit of the perfect path that's never actually there. So decide to choose something - over weighing potential futures that live only in your mind - and don't catastrophize

Be kind to your future self. When you look in the mirror, the habits you choose today will be reflected in the person you will invariably become later - so choose wisely, and be kind to yourself.
