Q: What is the easiest way to create a simple, affordable website for a new real estate professional? Nothing too fancy, just something that looks great and helps me get new clients?

A: Our best advice? Publish a one page website that features real reviews, testimonials and endorsements from your clients - you can do this easily with something like Carrd (which is easy to use, even if you have zero web design experience, and incredibly affordable. (under $100 for the year)

What you don't need? An expensive or elaborate website that takes weeks (or months) to build and won't get you nearly the type of results that a simple, single pager can accomplish, especially if you incorporate a newsletter sign up, a contact form or offer your readers/subscribers/visitors the opportunity to leave you a review, or read reviews other folks have left for you in the past. (hint....if you're just getting started and have ZERO reviews/testimonials? Simply use nice things other people have said about you in the past - in any other industry - or via any other relationship - as long as they are honest and transparent - there is no better way to get new clients and customers, than to have other people "SAY IT FOR YOU" and publish a wall of love that features your favorite fans, followers, friends, family who are eager to be evangelists for your new real estate brand and business.

UPDATE for Spring of 2024: We have a totally free course for embedding reviews and testimonials from around the web, on your website, with handouts, worksheets and more, you can use for free.
